Eric was born in Spokane and attended Washington State University graduating with a B.S. Degree in Construction Management. In his first 12 years after college, Eric served as Project Manager for three of the Inland Empire's larger general contractors. His most notable position was that of  Chief Project Manager for the 32 million dollar Coeur d’Alene Resort. In 1988 Eric established Eric R. Brown Construction Inc. which became Brown Contracting and Development, Inc. in 2000.

Todd D. Hawley

Growing up in a family of contractors, Todd decided to pursue a formal education in lieu of continuing working in the trades.  He graduated from Eastern Washington University in 1990 with a Bachelor of Science.  Todd earned double majors in Design and Construction Management, and a minored in Business Economics.  After college, Todd worked for three years for Eric R. Brown Construction, then left and started his own company that was ranked 313th fastest growing, privately held companies in America by Inc. Magazine.  After seven years, he sold the company to once  again  team up with Eric, and expand Brown Contracting & Development, Inc.

Kevin Daly

Kevin was born and raised in the Spokane Valley and graduated from Washington State University with a B.A. Degree in Social Sciences and a minor in Business Administration.  Kevin has held a variety of key account management roles and positions as Sales Estimator/Project Manager on the supply side of the commercial construction industry.  Kevin has always had a passion for construction and since moving back to Spokane, and owning and operating his own remodeling and restoration company, decided to pursue a Project Manager role with Brown Contracting and Development, Inc.

Ondrei Poliak

Ondrei entered the construction industry during high school by working on home remodeling with a general contractor.  After graduating, he joined and served in the U.S. Navy for five years to work as an Electronics Technician on P-3 Orion’s.  Ondrei later attended Washington State University where he completed his Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Architecture degrees in 2005.  During this time at the University, he maintained a job as a finish carpenter for Brown Contracting and Development, Inc.  Upon completion of school, Ondrei moved back to the Seattle area where he worked as a draftsman for a small architecture firm and later moved into a Design Phase Coordinator position for M.A. Mortenson Construction Co.  In early 2007 Ondrei moved back to the Spokane area, and returned to Brown Contracting and Development, Inc. where he currently works as a project engineer.

 

Tracy A. Arredondo

Tracy primarily grew up in the North Idaho area.  After graduating high school she moved to Spokane where she attended a Junior College and was working towards an Associates Degree in Medical Assisting.  After completing college she decided to start a career in the Hospitality Industry.  After about 8 years in the hotel industry she joined Brown Contracting & Development, Inc. as their Administrative Assistant and shortly after was promoted to Contract Administrator.
